Young Riders
Hannah Fisher also began her riding career at Foxtale Farm. She has competed on Sashay from Short Stirrup through the Pre-Children’s pony division. This wonderful pony was a top competitor for Katie Furches when she was competing in the pony divisions.
Hannah has also started a new partnership with Eccho, another one of the homebred horses here at Foxtale Farm. They have really clicked and have competed successfully in the Baby Greens, 13 & under Equitation and Pre-Children's Divisions. Next season they will be moving up to the regular Children's Hunters!

One of the highlights of Hannah's 2011 season was riding Sequoia's JJ Flyer at the USEF Pony Finals in Lexington where they were 17th over fences & 21st overall.

Maren Nordhoy is a busy high school student, balancing tennis and lacrosse, as well as her riding. Maren has competed Sashay and Wishful Thinking (aka Pete) very successfully in pony and Pre-Children’s Horse Divisions.
She recently started to attend the Linden Hall School in Ephrata and is part of their riding program. Good luck Maren!!

Alix Wilson began her riding career at Foxtale Farm and has participated in the lesson program for several years. During 2011 Alix began to compete on Sashay, a wonderful Foxtale Farm large pony who has introduced many young riders to competition. Together they have had a very successful first season with several Champion and Reserve Championships in the Jr Beginner Rider, Modified Hunter and All Ages Divisions at a number of local shows.
Alix also works hard behind the scenes at Foxtale Farm as a valued and dedicated member of the barn staff. While currently working closely with Sashay during the competition season, Alix also rides a number of other horses at Foxtale Farm to improve her skills and increase her experience.
